If you are covered by a different insurance from the ones above, you may have out-of-network benefits, in which case your insurance company will typically reimburse you for the sessions (usually about 70% of my fee). In that case, I provide you with an invoice each month, and you submit it to your insurance company. Please call your insurance carrier and confirm that you have such benefits.
